Graphic Arts and Publishing

Twenty five years working with digital imaging and digital delivery of creative. The early digital imaging work was on digital diagnostics imaging with the engineering team that was awarded the Nobel Prize in medicine.

Worked with graphical computers beginning in 1983. Involved in every stage of development of the transition to digital creative and production working as a sales and marketing manager, consultant and developer and senior manager in large advertising agencies.

This experience in graphic arts and publishing has required the developed of three key skills necessary for managing organizational transitions:

  1. The ability to lead organizational and technical change to support growth.
  2. The ability to integrate diverse systems to support adminstrative, creative and production requirements.
  3. The ability to work successfully in a complex and demanding environment that is deadline driven.
